The Willows at Rudy Park

The Willows at Rudy Park is a new Ingerman mixed-income rental community in collaboration with the Elkton Housing Authority and the Maryland DHCD. There is a community building with management offices and a resident lounge, a playground and ample parking spaces. The apartments feature a variety of 1, 2, and 3 bedroom layouts, all with private entrances, fully-equipped kitchens, plank flooring, washers and dryers, and energy efficient appliances and finishes. There is a mix of affordable rental options as part of the LIHTC, PWD and PBV programs, as well as unrestricted market rates to accommodate a wide-range of household types.
