Simran Rahi

Simran Rahi is a Senior Associate Attorney at Portner & Shure, P.A., where he represents clients in a variety of serious car accidents, personal injury, workers compensation, DUI, and criminal defense matters. Mr. Rahi has tried over thousands of bench trials to verdict, as well as numerous civil jury trials, including cases involving car and motor vehicle accidents, medical malpractice, and premises liability. Mr. Rahi brings a wealth of experience to the firm, having previously worked as a trial attorney for GEICO, one of the nation’s leading automobile insurance companies. He also served at a boutique insurance defense firm, where he gained valuable insight into the processes used by insurance defense attorneys to deny or devalue claims.
