Seeds of Change - Howard EcoWorks

SEEDS OF CHANGE is open to the public for purchasing native plants, shrubs, and trees of Maryland, during business hours. Our nursery is part of an environmental and workforce development program at the Howard County Department of Corrections. We also partner with other volunteer groups such as Master Gardener, Scout groups, and Corporate Businesses.
