Over the years, we have found that a team approach can be an effective method of helping clients with a wide variety of needs as they navigate the complex world of insurance. In 2012, the Rice Agency acquired Messner Agency in Boonsboro, Maryland and expanded into Sykesville, Maryland by acquiring the Buenger agency in 2017. In 2018 Eckenrode, Paris, Mannarino and Bowling agencies joined the Rice Agency team with having operating offices in Sykesville, Frederick, Westminster, Hagerstown, and a new location in Mt Airy, Maryland. Rice Agency provides insurance coverages in the following states MD, VA, WV, DC, PA, FL and DE.
