Holistic massage therapy for well-being of body, mind, and spirit: Molly's massage therapy is informed by techniques from Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial, Trager®, yoga, reiki, and craniosacral therapy. Molly's gentle, slow approach to bodywork eases into tension, allowing for organic release of stress-related tightness, stored traumas, and chronic pain. Molly is also an RYT-200 yoga teacher, and a teacher in the professional training program for massage therapists at Potomac Massage Training Institute.
