We are a community of not-for-profit providers and a wide range of collaborators united to shape the future of aging in Maryland. Our growing list of more than 120 not-for-profit member organizations includes: Continuing Care Retirement/ Life Plan Communities Affordable housing communities and housing with services Nursing facilities Assisted living Home care, home health care, and hospice Adult day services Home and community-based services Ways to get engaged: peer networks, leadership development, education and training, advocacy, collaboration, and collective impact efforts.
