Getting started at J’s is a very simple process. You will have a one on one conversation with a personal trainer concerning your health fitness history and your future goals. Based on that conversation, a fitness evaluation will be done. A customized nutritional plan will be designed, and a customized training program will be set up based on your goals and your life style at this time. All ages and fitness levels are welcome. All aspects of this process will be overseen by a qualified trainer at all times.
