At Jay Care, it is our mission to strive to support support, add value, and provide quality life expectancy to psychiatrically, intellectually, and psychologically challenged individuals. Through collaboration and continued support, Jay Care will pursue the population served to live a quality life and excellence in community-based mental health and addiction services. Jay Care's vision is to provide traditionally effective/ holistic approaches, and wellness-based support/ services which enhances the quality of life, social-emotional development, prevents the development of mental health challenges and social-emotional issues that are presently in existence in both youths and adults.
