Help Me Speak is a Speech-Language Pathology private practice. Barbara is the first IAOM Certified Orofacial Myologist™️ (COM®️) in Howard Co. We improve the orofacial myofunctional, communication, & learning skills of our clients. We evaluate & treat babies to adults w/diagnoses such as: tongue tie, tongue thrust, speech sound errors, swallowing difficulties/dysphagia, picky eaters, thumb/finger sucking, autism spectrum, apraxia, CP, Down syndrome, comprehension/expression disorder, developmental delays, dyslexia/reading, stuttering, & medically complex disorders. Trainings: Certified Orofacial Myologist™️ (COM®️), PROMPT level2, Beckman, Myofascial release, Talk Tools, Interactive Metronome, FFWD, Wilson, REI, & other traditional methods.
