Get Fit Sports Performance & Boot Camp offers youth sports performance, boot camp, weightlifting, and fitness kickboxing classes plus personal training. Our indoor boot camp offers people of all fitness levels the opportunity to reach their personal fitness goals in a fun and supportive environment. Our classes include an energetic mix of traditional calisthenic and body weight resistance exercises infused with interval and strength training in every workout. It also includes various forms of skipping, jumping rope, and interval training that involves bursts of high-intensity work.
