Located in the heart of Randallstown and directly across the street from Northwest Hospital, FutureCare Old Court is part of the VitalStrong Rehabilitation program with physical therapists, occupational therapists and speech language pathologists offering rehabilitation up to 7 days a week. FutureCare Old Court also offers CAMPStrong, our Comprehensive Amputation Managment Program. Should a resident ever require long-term skilled nursing / nursing home care it is available on-site.
