Founded by a music teacher who was trained as a hand-pulled noodles chef who originated from Lanzhou, China. Currently has Three locations in Gaithersburg and Catonsville, Maryland and Fairfax VA. In April 2023, Chopin Noodle House brings the art of Lanzhou hand-pulled noodles to Catonsville as their first location. Led by a founder with a passion for both music and cuisine, this restaurant offers diners a taste of authentic Chinese tradition.
