CARAFAP is an agency that provides services to children, adolescents, and young adults with autism, down syndrome and mental health. Our goal is to create supportive environments where individuals with disabilities can thrive and become successful despite their disability. CARAFAP is an approved DDA and Maryland State approved Autism Waiver Agency.
