Canine Humane Network is a non-profit dog rescue and training facility in Highland, Howard County, Maryland. We rescue dogs from high kill shelters, ensure their health and fitness for new homes and and adopt those dogs to loving families thus saving lives and improving the quality of life for the dogs and their people.
