Other Bata Brews specialties include homemade soups, cold brew coffee, frozen drinks and fresh squeezed lemonades. Pit Beef, also known as Maryland Barbecue, originated in the early 50s in Baltimore City as roadside stands spread along historic route 40 up the East Coast.
