Baltimore Adult Medical Day Center is a structured group activities program that provides health care oriented services, social services and related support services to elderly, disabled and mentally challenged adults, age 18 and older. Baltimore AMDC also provides skilled nursing and rehabilitative therapy services in addition to the core services provided. Baltimore AMDC operates for the purpose of providing medical services in an ambulatory care setting to medically compromised adults who do not require 24-hour inpatient care but, due to their degree of impairment, are not capable of full-time independent living. Other services offered includes supervision of all activities of daily living (ADLs) and supervision of medications.
