New-Service Training Employment Program (N-STEP), Inc., a non-profit 501 (c) (3) organization, is a national youth and young adult’s workforce development initiative working primary with low-income and minority populations to provide job readiness training, develop career planning pathways and exploration, and assist in employment information and opportunities. N-STEP provides Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics (STEAM) engagement activities, General Equivalency Diploma and Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery (ASVAB) tutoring, and college and career readiness coaching.
